The public website preview. The catalog is a sample. A quote or a time request stays in the browser and is not a shop booking.

Open the website

Owner / Admin

  1. Open Sales, search a plate or mobile, and finish the PMS sample only after you confirm the quantities.
  2. Open Outside parts and compare purchase price, selling price, and which parts repeat.
  3. Open Customers, then Possible duplicates, and merge only the pair you mean to keep. The old record stays.
  4. On Settings, change how many completed visits count as Returning.
  5. Daily reports, Payables, and Fast-moving tires are unchanged.

Wilma, cashier

  1. Start a sale from the search bar. Type the plate with or without spaces.
  2. Open the PMS sample, check the oil and cleaner quantities, then take payment.
  3. Print or share the invoice. The customer copy shows the package and any agreed add-on, not the hidden shop lines.
  4. A possible duplicate can be viewed or updated. Saving it as a brand-new customer needs Marius or an owner.
  5. File the cashier report for today when the drawer is counted.

Marius, service advisor

  1. On a job that is ready for payment, record an outside-source part: the car, the year, what we paid, and what we charged.
  2. Load the PMS package into the sale and adjust the actual quantity used.
  3. Approve a pending discount, then Wilma can take the money.
  4. If two names look like the same person, continue as new only when you mean to. Owners review the flag.
  5. Send a draft purchase order to the owner. You still cannot approve it.

Jenica, sales

  1. Search a customer by name, plate, or mobile before writing a quotation.
  2. You can see selling prices. Purchase cost and outside-source prices stay with Marius and the owners.
  3. File the sales daily report.

Mechanics

  1. Open only the job assigned to you.
  2. Log the inspection and the work. Prices, invoices, and customer edits stay at the desk.

Staff

  1. Search customers and keep plates and mobiles on the existing person when the car comes back.
  2. Package defaults live on Presets. Saving a package does not take stock.
